Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 small bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup butter or oleo
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (8 oz.) fish steaks

Instructions

  1. Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to the sautéed vegetables.
  3. Place fish steaks on foil in a baking pan.
  4. Pour the seasoned sautéed sauce over the fish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
