A creamy, fruity layered salad with a crunchy graham cracker crust, sweet pineapple, and whipped topping, perfect for potlucks, picnics, or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 small cream cheese
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can fruit cocktail or peaches

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press down in a baking dish.
  2. Save some crumbs to sprinkle on top.
  3. Bake just a little and let cool.
  4. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup of boiling water; cool to lukewarm.
  5. Beat cream cheese and whipping cream until very stiff.
  6. Add sugar, crushed pineapple, vanilla, and fruit cocktail to the whipped mixture.
