Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion
  • 24 Vienna rolls
  • 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (6 oz.) medium olives
  • 1 block cheese (Cheddar or Jack)

Instructions

  1. Cook the hamburger until browned, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion to the cooked hamburger and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce and olives, then mix well and heat through.
  4. Add cheese until it just starts to melt into the mixture.
  5. Toss the mixture lightly to combine.
  6. Hollow out the Vienna rolls and stuff them with the meat mixture.
  7. Wrap each stuffed roll in foil and heat until warmed through.
  8. Optional: Freeze individually wrapped rolls for later use.
