- Cook the rice until tender.
- Soak the raisins in water until softened.
- In a casserole dish, beat milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg at high speed for 2 minutes until foamy.

- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg on top of the mixture.
