Ingredients

  • 4 cups crumbled cornbread
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup crumbled light bread
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups chicken or turkey broth

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place in a greased 3-quart casserole or stuff a 10 to 12 pound turkey.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until brown.
