Instructions
- Brown ground beef, chopped onion, and hot chili peppers in a skillet.
- Stir in garlic salt, tomato sauce, and chili powder. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add grated cheese, sour cream, and egg to the mixture. Mix well.
- Roll biscuits thin or separate into thin pieces to cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Use half the biscuits for the bottom and half for the top.
- Pour the meat mixture over the biscuits on the bottom layer.
- Cover with the remaining biscuits on top.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
