Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. gelatin, soaked in 1 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion

Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Add vinegar and soaked gelatin to the dry mixture.
  3. Combine with salad oil, celery seed, and grated onion; beat well until smooth.
