Ingredients

  • 1 can French green beans, drained
  • 1 can tiny garden peas, drained
  • 1 can bean sprouts, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into chunks
  • 1 jar pimento, drained and sliced
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • 1/2 cup Mazola oil

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, vinegar, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Add the vegetables and sliced pimento to the dressing and stir well.
  3. Marinate the mixture overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Add lemon pepper and celery to the salad.
  5. Adjust salt to taste.
  6. If desired, use less oil and add enough water to make half a cup for lighter dressing.
