Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 2 small cans green chilies
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 12 eggs

Instructions

  1. Fry the pork sausage until cooked through and drain excess fat.
  2. Slice the green chilies into thin strips.
  3. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with the cooked pork sausage.
  4. Cover the sausage layer with sliced mozzarella cheese and sliced green chilies.
  5. Whisk the eggs until well combined and pour over the layered ingredients.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 45 minutes until set and golden.
