Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 15 marshmallows
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water and let it cool slightly.
  2. Put the cubed cream cheese and marshmallows into a blender.
  3. Add some of the cooled gelatin to the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into the remaining gelatin and mix well.
  5. Stir in the crushed pineapple and chopped nuts.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and chill until set.
