Ingredients

  • 40 large marshmallows
  • 2 large packages lime Jell-O
  • 1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 small Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Make the lime Jell-O according to package instructions and let it set completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and the prepared lime Jell-O.
  3. Add the large and small packages of Philadelphia cream cheese to the mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Jell-O mixture until well combined.
  6. Chop the large and small marshmallows and fold them into the mixture.
  7. Add the chopped pecans and mix evenly.
  8. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate until firm, about 2-3 hours.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
