Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 cups ground green tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  3. Beat the mixture well until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased deep-dish pan or two large Bundt pans.
