Ingredients

  • dash of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • green tomatoes, sliced 1/8-inch
  • oil
  • brown sugar
  • onion (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sea salt, and cracked pepper in a shallow bowl.
