Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless, tender beef
  • 2 large red, yellow or green bell peppers
  • 2/3 c. Kikkoman teriyaki baste and glaze
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes and chop the bell peppers into chunks.
  2. In a bowl, combine teriyaki baste and glaze, onion powder, ground ginger, chili powder, and hot pepper sauce to make the marinade.
  3. Thread the beef and bell peppers onto 8 metal skewers alternately.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Brush the skewers with the marinade and grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to desired doneness and peppers are tender.
