Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 large tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. green chilies, diced
  • 2 tsp. bottled taco sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and mash the avocados.
  2. Combine the mashed avocados with chopped tomato, minced onion, diced green chilies, bottled taco sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a small amount of the mixture on crispy tortilla chips.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Heat in a 325°F oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve warm.
