Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb ground beef
  • 2 cans green chilies
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package corn tortillas
  • 10 oz Mexican shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook ground beef until no longer pink.
  3. Drain liquid from beef.
  4. Layer the ingredients in a baking dish: start with beef mixture, then tortillas, then cheese, and repeat as desired, ending with cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
