Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ham and pepperoni
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 oz. cold water
  • 5 tsp. oil
  • 1 c. cubed Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated macaroni cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut ham, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese into cubes.
  2. Mix all ingredients into a bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 30 minutes or until done.
  6. Let cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
