Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups dry bread or cracker crumbs
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Spoon mixture into a loaf or square pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until somewhat crusty.
  5. Alternatively, wrap in foil and grill over hot coals for 50 to 55 minutes.
