Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. ketchup

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, egg, crumbled bread, milk, chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt, and dry mustard in a mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into 4 loaves.
  3. Place the loaves in a baking pan, spoon ketchup over the top of each loaf, and spread evenly.
