Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pt. frozen corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. canned tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium pepper, chopped
  • 1 pt. frozen lima beans

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in cooking oil.
  2. Add chopped pepper, frozen corn, frozen lima beans, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Add canned tomatoes on top of the mixture.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
