Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Place 6 slices of bread on the bottom of a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Cover with 1 cup of Cheddar cheese.
  2. Add chopped ham and thawed, drained broccoli, then top with remaining bread slices.
  3. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time; mix well after each addition.
  5. Blend in milk and dry mustard until smooth.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layered bread in the dish.
  7. Top with the remaining Cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
  9. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
