Ingredients

  • 2 c. ham, cooked
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked
  • 2 c. spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cut the cooked ham and chicken into bite-size pieces.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, chopped green onions, and melted butter.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms to the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix in the cooked ham, chicken, and cooked spaghetti until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
