Ingredients

  • 1 Pet-Ritz deep-dish pie crust shell, baked
  • 1/2 lb ground ham
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups light cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sprinkle hard-cooked eggs in the bottom of the baked pie crust shell.
  3. Top with ground ham and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  4. Combine beaten eggs, light cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the filling in the pie crust.
  6. Bake on a preheated cookie sheet until the mixture is set, about 35 minutes.
  7. Let stand before serving.
