Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. ham
  • 1/4 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley
  • 6 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) refrigerator crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Coarsely chop ham, broccoli, and onion. Snip parsley.
  3. Grate Swiss cheese.
  4. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
  5. Unroll crescent rolls and arrange in a ring on a baking sheet.
  6. Fill the center of the ring with the mixture.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
