Ham-Cheese-Egg Bake
A hearty baked casserole combining flaky crescent rolls, diced ham, melted Monterey Jack cheese, and eggs, perfect for family brunches or casual gatherings.

Instructions
- Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with margarine.
- Add 1 1/2 packages of crescent rolls to the bottom of the pan.
- Spread the diced ham, grated Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped onion over the crescent rolls.
- Beat the eggs and mix with the milk.
- Pour the egg and milk mixture over the ingredients in the pan.
- Break 1/2 package of crescent rolls into small pieces and add on top of the mixture.
- Bake at 325°F for approximately 50 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
