Ham-Cheese-Egg Bake

A hearty baked casserole combining flaky crescent rolls, diced ham, melted Monterey Jack cheese, and eggs, perfect for family brunches or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 1 lb cooked ham diced thin
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion chopped

Instructions

  1. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with margarine.
  2. Add 1 1/2 packages of crescent rolls to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Spread the diced ham, grated Monterey Jack cheese, and chopped onion over the crescent rolls.
  4. Beat the eggs and mix with the milk.
  5. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the ingredients in the pan.
  6. Break 1/2 package of crescent rolls into small pieces and add on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake at 325°F for approximately 50 minutes.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
