Ingredients

  • 6 boned chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and melt the stick of butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts with a saucer to an even thickness.
  3. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Roll up each chicken breast with the cheese inside.
  5. Wrap each rolled chicken breast with a slice of ham.
  6. Secure the ham with toothpicks to hold everything together.
  7. Prepare the herb stuffing mix according to package instructions or as desired.
  8. Place the prepared chicken rolls in the melted butter in the pan.
  9. Sprinkle the herb stuffing mix over the chicken rolls.
  10. Bake in the oven until cooked through and golden, approximately 45 minutes.
