Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped ham
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. green or regular onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle chopped ham, shredded Swiss cheese, and chopped onion evenly in the plate.
  3. Blend eggs, milk, Bisquick, pepper, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ham, cheese, and onion in the pie plate.
  5. Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
