Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1/4 c. rice
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. potatoes, diced
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • water

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground hamburg and diced onion in a large pot.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients: potatoes, canned tomatoes, diced onions, celery, salt, pepper, and water.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
