Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups diced boneless pork
  • 2 packages (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
  • 2 cups seasoned croutons
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare cooked pork and measure 1 1/2 to 2 cups, then set aside.
  2. Put broccoli into boiling salted water and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Drain the broccoli well.
  4. Sprinkle croutons in the bottom of a shallow buttered 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Top the croutons with the cooked broccoli.
  6. Mix the cooked pork with mayonnaise and sour cream until well combined.
  7. Spread the pork mixture evenly over the broccoli.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
