- Prepare cooked pork and measure 1 1/2 to 2 cups, then set aside.
- Put broccoli into boiling salted water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Drain the broccoli well.
- Sprinkle croutons in the bottom of a shallow buttered 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
- Top the croutons with the cooked broccoli.
- Mix the cooked pork with mayonnaise and sour cream until well combined.
- Spread the pork mixture evenly over the broccoli.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
