Ingredients

  • 2 strips bacon, cut in small pieces
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 (No. 1 size) cans pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt to taste
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Saute bacon pieces and chopped onion until bacon is crispy and onion is translucent.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in pork and beans, brown sugar, catsup, dry mustard, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Mix well and pour into a casserole or baking dish.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-30 minutes until heated through.
