A hearty, cheesy casserole combining seasoned hamburger, mushrooms, and vegetables wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, perfect for comforting family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute hamburger, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper until hamburger is browned.
  2. Stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Place crescent rolls in the bottom of a baking dish so points of dough hang over the edge.
  4. Spread the hamburger mixture on top of the crescent rolls in the baking dish.
  5. Fold the points of the rolls over the top of the filling.
  6. Bake at 325°F until the rolls are light brown.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and allow it to melt before serving.
