Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pt. can tomatoes
  • 6 or 8 small new potatoes
  • 6 new onions
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Make small beef patties from the ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine the tomatoes, onions, and new potatoes in a cooking vessel.
  3. Place the beef patties on top of the vegetable mixture.
  4. Cook until the potatoes are tender and the beef is cooked through, approximately 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
