Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 can carrots, drained
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small package noodles, flat
  • 2 cans vegetable soup
  • 1 large can tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger and drain the excess fat.
  2. Layer the cooked hamburger in a casserole dish with sliced onion, drained carrots, shredded cabbage, noodles, vegetable soup, and canned tomatoes.
  3. Microwave the casserole for about 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
