Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • diced onions
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a baking dish, put hamburger with diced onions.
  2. Microwave for 7 minutes.
  3. Add water, tomato sauce, salt, rice, mushrooms, and pepper to the dish.
  4. Cook, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
  5. Stir every 8 minutes during cooking.
