Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large package wide egg noodles
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion; drain excess fat.
  2. Prepare wide egg noodles according to package directions.
  3. Add cooked ground beef and onion mixture, cream-style corn, cream of mushroom soup, chopped pimentos, and cream cheese to a pot; heat until bubbly and blended.
  4. Add cooked egg noodles to the meat mixture and simmer for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with crusty bread and a green salad.
