Old English Casserole
A hearty casserole combining tender noodles, seasoned ground beef, green beans, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese, ideal for comforting family dinners and easy weeknight meals.

Instructions
- Place cooked noodles in a lightly greased 8-cup baking dish.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
- Remove the beef to a bowl and drain all but 1 tablespoon of fat from the skillet.
- Saute the onion in the remaining fat until tender.
- Return the beef to the skillet with the onions and add the flour, seasoned salt, lemon pepper, sliced mushrooms, green beans, and tomato sauce.
- Mix well and cook until heated through.
- Pour the mixture over the noodles in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
