Ingredients

  • 1 package canned biscuits
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 green pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger with chopped onion and green pepper.
  2. Mix together cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk until desired consistency.
  3. Grease muffin tins and line with canned biscuits.
  4. Spoon the meat and soup mixture into the prepared muffin tins.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 375°F until biscuits are browned, approximately 20-25 minutes.
  7. Heat remaining soup mixture and spoon over rolls when served.
