Hamburger Supper

Instructions
- Place ground beef in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish and pat down to cover the bottom.
- Sprinkle the beef with salt and pepper.
- Slice potatoes thin and layer them on top of the beef.
- Slice carrots and add them on top of the potatoes.
- Slice onion and layer it over the carrots.
- Add shredded cabbage over the onion layer.
- Place pats of margarine over the cabbage and vegetable layers.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake.
- Optionally, add a can of cream of mushroom soup for extra flavor.
