Ingredients

  • 1 2-lb bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh green onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cup corn flakes, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter.
  2. Place in buttered casserole dish.
  3. Mix corn flakes and remaining butter.
  4. Spread over hashbrown mixture.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
