Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked meat
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small package macaroni
  • 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 small onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked meat, cream of mushroom soup, cooked macaroni, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in water chestnuts, pimento strips, and chopped onion.
  4. Layer half of the mixture in the baking dish, sprinkle with half of the grated cheese.
  5. Add the diced or sliced hard-boiled eggs on top.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining mixture and cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
