Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced apples
  • 1/2 cup cooked rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen apple concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/3 cup crunchy cereal

Instructions

  1. Layer cooked rolled oats in the bottom of an 8-inch square nonstick pan.
  2. Add sliced apples on top of the oats.
  3. Combine frozen apple concentrate, cinnamon, and cloves; pour over the apples and oats.
  4. Sprinkle raisins evenly over the top.
  5. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle crunchy cereal over the top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
