Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) box Mueselix, Fruit and Fibre or Basic Four
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs or Egg Beater equivalent
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 1 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add eggs or Egg Beater equivalent, buttermilk, and oil to the mixture.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Batter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
  5. Use the desired amount of batter to make muffins when needed.
  6. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
