Ingredients

  • 1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail (undrained)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease or Pam a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Beat all ingredients, except nuts, until well blended.
  3. Spread in pan and sprinkle with nuts if using.
  4. Bake until golden brown at 350° for 25 minutes.
  5. While hot, drizzle with glaze.
