A vibrant and healthy pasta salad featuring fresh vegetables, black olives, and imitation crab meat, perfect for light lunches or outdoor gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. macaroni
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 small jar black olives
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water with a few drops of oil until al dente, then drain and return to the pot.
  2. Add chopped celery, tomato, onion, black olives, garlic, and imitation crab meat to the cooked pasta.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Add a few drops of olive oil as needed to coat the salad.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
