A light, fruity cheese mold combining pineapple, lemon jello, and whipped cream, perfect for a refreshing appetizer or dessert at gatherings and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. juice from pineapple
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon jello in boiling water.
  2. Add pineapple juice and lemon juice to the dissolved jello.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened.
  4. Fold in drained crushed pineapple, whipped cream, and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until set.
