Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Place fish fillets in a single layer onto a well-greased baking dish.
  2. Brush the fish with lemon juice.
  3. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, chopped green onion, salt, mayonnaise, melted butter, and a dash of Tabasco sauce to make the topping.
  4. Spread the topping evenly over the fish fillets.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
