Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
  • coconut

Instructions

  1. Cook margarine, sugar, chopped dates, pecans, egg, and vanilla together for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in Rice Krispies into the mixture.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  4. Mix coconut with confectioners sugar and roll the balls in this mixture.
