Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 oz. jar pimientos, chopped
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, chopped onion, chopped pimientos, milk, beaten egg, cracker crumbs, grated Cheddar cheese, melted margarine, and sugar in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  3. Serve hot.
