Hellen'S Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn ⓘ
- 1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn, drained ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 oz. jar pimientos, chopped ⓘ
- 2/3 cup milk ⓘ
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons sugar ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, chopped onion, chopped pimientos, milk, beaten egg, cracker crumbs, grated Cheddar cheese, melted margarine, and sugar in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
- Serve hot.
