- 1/4 cup ground filberts ⓘ

- 3 tart apples
- 2/3 cup golden raisins ⓘ
- 1/2 cup currants ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary ⓘ

- 3/4 teaspoon cardamom ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/4 cup white wine ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chicken broth ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a Dutch oven or shallow baking dish, sauté the chicken breasts and ground nuts in butter until the meat is white. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Cut the tart apples into thin slivers.
- Mix the apples with golden raisins and currants.
- Stir together cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, cardamom, and salt.
- Combine the spice mixture with the fruit mixture.
