Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in hot water.
- Let stand a few min.
- Blend in egg, shortening, sugar, salt and 1/2 of flour.
- Beat well.
- Add in flour and mix well.
- Then add in herbs, onion and cheese.
- Cover, let rise till double.
- Punch down and put in greased muffin tins.
- Let rise.
- Add in more flour for thicker dough if you desire.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
